Sepak takraw also called kick volleyball because of resemblance to volleyball but not using hand using their fit and head to catch the ball and kick.
According to my experience this sport need skills to play because it needed a lot of focus and coordination of our body to play. This sport will give us good health, good coordination of our body and you can meet new friends while playing this like other sports.
The equipment in playing this sport is to have lightweight shoe's and sepak takraw ball that are made of rattan or sometimes plastic, net, and court to play.
Before playing sepak you need to stretch your whole body this is the important one because playing this you need to be flexible and this is more warm-up I know: leg swings, squat, jumping one legs holding the other legs, kicking the ball in the air and catching it repeatedly, and etc. This sport are more in stretching.
This are some of basic rules in sepak I know: you should have 3 players in every team to play, you can only touch the ball 3 times before kicking back to the other sides you can only use your feet, chest, head, and knee's in catching the ball, you are not allowed to catch the ball using your hand. And to win this game is who scores 15 or 21 point wins.
